Once we receive your toy we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it and advise on whether a refund is due. If the refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We can’t control the time your payment provider may take to refund you, but typically refunds can take up to 28 days.

We offer a warranty period of up to 2 years for purchases made in the EU, UK and Switzerland and 1 year for purchases from the rest of the world. This covers manufacturing defects – we can’t cover anything lost or broken.

No, Cody Block is rechargeable so you’ll never need to buy additional batteries. Plus, it means we create less waste. Just be sure to detach Cody’s top block from his wheel block when you finish playing to make his battery last longer.

To have the best chance of receiving your CODY order in time please place it by December 18. We cannot guarantee delivery due to local courier service provision but this should allow enough time.
